Our first comprehensive range of products is constituted by biomass improved stoves, that use wood as a fuel. As all that we want to do:

 We are facing big issues for low income communities:

• Health issues: 1,6 million people die each year because of bad smoke. All our stoves limit emission of pollution.
• Ecological issues: Half humanity relies on biomass to cook, and burn every day 1kg of wood per person on average. All our stoves are designed to dramatically improve the efficiency of the combustion and reduce fuel consumption.
• Social issues: as far as we can, we support an open source distribution model. Our designs are given for free to local producers, in partnership with micro finance and NGO organizations.

Our stoves are designed to be used!

• We are living where our clients are, and we observe them daily.
• We design products so that they remain as cheap as possible, and provoke as few changes as possible. Our mid-market stove looks like a gas-stove and its pot supports fits on different sized pots.
• We are working with NGO's and organizations that know their clients. We don't try to transform ourselves into a distribution network. All our resources are used to understand our clients and design scaleable products for them.
• We are working with manufacturers from the very beginning of our projects, so that scaleability can be assured at the end.

Factory Made - Metal - For Households - Production phase -

LEO is a household stoves range that has been designed for the Bottom Of the Pyramid (BOP). It reaches the best standards of emission and efficiency and can be easily produced on a large scale.

• MOBY is a metal institutional stove, available in 5 sizes, from 35 to 90 liters.
• It has a skirt to increase the efficiency of the stove.
• It reduces wood consumption by at least 50%.
• It reduces PM (Particular MAtters) and CO2 emission to protect the cook from bad smoke that causes 1,6 million deaths each year in the world.
• It is manufactured by our partner SkillMech in Chennai.
• A cottage version is available, to produce locally tailor made stoves.
• It is still in a pilot phase. It has been extensively tested by our team and we have partnerships with schools and collectivities.
• We are looking for partners that share our values and have extremely high knowledge and concrete actions with rural communities in India.
• We can produce a complete range of services and provide tools and software to support the adaptation.

• Options: 5 sizes available, chimney to get rid of all indoor air pollution; provided with an adapted pot.

• GIZA is an institutional stove that can be cottage made under local conditions, with the support of a mason.
• It can be tailor made to require your specifications, or be used for canteen and collectivities supported by MFI's and NGO's.
• It reduces wood consumption.
• It reduces PM (Particular Matters) and CO2 emission.
• It has been extensively tested through a hard process of prototyping, in house testing, pilots on the ground!
• Pilots are in progress in Auroville, Tamil Nadu, India.

Cottage Made - Mud - For Households - Prototype phase -

Well designed and built mud stoves are appreciated by users, because of low cost, stability and customization. They have a fast dissemination.

But:

• They have low performances, due to a lack of precision and optimization.
• They are difficult to build accurately because of lack of appropriate tooling.

 Our objective is to design and engineer a highly efficient mud stove, that would save 50% of wood and be provided with appropriate training and tooling.

They are manufactured under local conditions, by local artisans with our training.

• They are still in a prototype phase but have been tested during missions in Africa.
• We are looking for partners that share our values and have extremely high knowledge and concrete actions with rural communities in India.
• We can produce a complete range of services and provide tools and software to support the adaptation.
